Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and GRINDA AI Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") for using TradeGraph. By using TradeGraph you agree to them. A Korean version is at /terms/ko.
1. The service
TradeGraph gives export teams market, buyer and outreach information. It includes the website tradegraph.rinda.ai and its free web tools, the MCP servers (including the TradeGraph app for ChatGPT and Claude), the REST API and optional accounts.
- The free tools and the ChatGPT and Claude app need no account and cost nothing.
- An account is optional. With an account you can save plans and lists, create API keys and buy prepaid credits to run paid live-data calls on the website and through the signed-in MCP server.
We may add, change or remove features.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your password, API keys and tokens safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
- TradeGraph is meant for business use. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
3. Credits, payment and refunds
- Credits are prepaid. The price of a paid call is shown before you run it, and calls stop when your balance runs out. We never charge more than your balance.
- Payments are processed by Toss Payments for Korean cards and pay apps (prices in KRW include VAT) and, where offered, by Stripe for international cards.
- Refunds: you can get a full refund of unused credits if you ask within 7 days of payment. After 7 days you can still ask for a refund of the unused paid credits left in your account. The sign-up bonus credit is not refundable and has no cash value. Credits already used are not refunded.
- To ask for a refund, email [email protected]. We refund to the card you paid with within 3 business days. Your card issuer may take longer to show it.
- If you delete your account, unused paid credits are refunded to the card you paid with.
- Korean export vouchers (수출바우처) cannot be used to pay for TradeGraph credits.
4. Information only
- TradeGraph gives general business information and estimates. It is not legal, customs, tax or financial advice. Rules, tariffs and prices change, so check the official sources linked in each answer, or a qualified professional, before you act.
- Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong for your case. Reply rates are aggregates and do not promise results.
- Email drafts are only drafts. TradeGraph does not send email. You review and send them yourself, and you are responsible for following the anti-spam and privacy laws of each country you send to.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- abuse, overload or attack the service, or try to get around rate limits, spending limits or security;
- scrape or copy the service or its data in bulk by automated means, beyond normal use of the tools and API;
- share API keys to let others bypass limits, or resell access without our written permission;
- use TradeGraph for anything unlawful, including spam, fraud or violating someone's rights;
- use TradeGraph in breach of export controls or sanctions, or to deal with sanctioned persons or countries.
We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.
6. Data sources
TradeGraph combines public statistics such as UN Comtrade, anonymized aggregate reply data from export emails sent through RINDA (no individual company or person can be identified) and official sources that we link to. Exchange rates come from the European Central Bank. Paid live data comes from treg.to and is also subject to that provider's terms. Public data stays subject to the terms of its source.
7. Your content
You keep the rights to what you save in TradeGraph, such as plans, lists and notes. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
8. Intellectual property
The TradeGraph service, software, data compilations, design and trademarks belong to GRINDA AI Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may use the answers you get for your own business. You may not copy or redistribute the service or its databases as a whole.
9. Changes, suspension and ending
- We may change these terms. We post the new version here and, for important changes, tell you on the website or by email at least 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before if they are less favorable to you. If you keep using TradeGraph after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
- We may pause the service for maintenance, outages or reasons outside our control, and we try to give notice when we can.
- You can stop using TradeGraph and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer and limits of liability
- As far as the law allows, TradeGraph is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for business decisions you make based on TradeGraph, or for indirect, special or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost deals.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability for paid services is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the Daejeon District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also sue in the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, such as the court for where you live. Disputes may also be brought to mediation by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation body requested by a city or provincial governor.
