What to include
It helps us find the problem quickly if you tell us:
- the app you used (ChatGPT, Claude or another AI app);
- the question you asked;
- the product and country;
- roughly when it happened, with your time zone;
- a screenshot of the answer or error, if you have one.
How to connect
Once TradeGraph is listed in the app directories, search for "TradeGraph" in the ChatGPT apps directory or the Claude connectors directory and connect it. No account or sign-in is needed.
Until then, add it as a custom connector with this URL and no authentication:
https://tradegraph.rinda.ai/mcp/directory
- Claude: Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL and save.
- ChatGPT: open chatgpt.com/plugins, choose + and then Add custom MCP server, paste the URL and choose no authentication. Depending on your plan you may need to turn on Developer mode first, and work accounts may need an admin. Menu names may change.

Common problems
| Problem | What to try |

| The connection fails | Check that the URL is exactly https://tradegraph.rinda.ai/mcp/directory and that authentication is set to none. TradeGraph does not ask you to sign in. Work accounts may need an admin to allow custom connectors. |
| "Too many requests right now" | You reached the per-minute limit. Wait a minute and ask again. |
| The product is not recognized | Give the 4-digit HS code instead, for example "HS 3304" for cosmetics. If you do not know it, ask "What is the HS code for ...?" first. |
| The numbers look wrong | Email us the product, the country and the date you asked. We check the source data and reply. |
