Trade fair finder: the main fair for your product and when to book buyer meetings
Pick a product and a market to see the main trade fair where buyers of that product meet in that region: next dates, city and official website. It also tells you the day to start asking exhibitors and visiting buyers for meetings.
Fairs are chosen by product group and by the region of the market you sell to. Cosmetics sold to Europe, for example, point to Cosmoprof Bologna. We show the next edition’s dates only when the fair’s official website confirms them; if they are not announced yet, we leave them blank instead of guessing. Meeting requests start 6 weeks before the first day (the next Monday if that falls on a weekend). From a week before the first day, confirm meetings and pack samples; within 2 weeks after the fair, follow up with the buyers you met. For products we have not matched to a main fair yet, the page shows the Korean trade desks and map searches instead.
- Is it useful if I do not exhibit? Yes. The exhibitor list is a list of companies that handle your product, so it is a place to find buyers even without a booth. You can also register as a visitor and only book meetings.
- Why start asking for meetings 6 weeks before? Exhibitors and visiting buyers fill their meeting schedules in the weeks before a fair. TradeGraph uses 6 weeks before the first day as the day to start asking, and treats the final week as the time to confirm meetings and pack samples.
- Why are some dates blank? If the official website has not announced the next edition yet, we leave the dates blank instead of guessing. Check the official website for the announcement.
- Where can I find support for a Korea pavilion? Agencies such as KOTRA announce support for joining the Korea pavilion at overseas fairs. Check each announcement for its timeline and conditions.
