Collect 200 buyers likely to reply, with verified emails
A buyer list worth emailing holds only companies of the buyer type that replies most in that country, each with a named contact and a verified work email. It is for export managers with no one to contact, or with a bought list full of bounces and silence.
- 1. Pick the buyer type: “Who replies, by country” shows which of importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers answered Korean exporters’ emails most in that country (anonymous RINDA reply records). Start with a type backed by enough data, and leave out manufacturers if you sell finished goods.
- 2. Write down who fits: Someone on the team sets the checks and exclusions: already carries Korean or Asian products, sells in your channel, matches your price range. When an AI runs it, only companies that pass these checks go on to the contact search.
- 3. Gather companies for free: “Local buyer search” builds Google Maps searches for that buyer type, city by city, in the local language, with companies already selling Korean products at the top. Add companies from trade fair exhibitor lists and BuyKOREA inquiries too, and, for products with public procurement or FDA registration records such as medical devices, the companies named there.
- 4. Fill your saved buyer list: With a free account, “Get a buyer list” in the free export plan keeps running map searches across more cities and product words and adds only companies you don’t have yet. Each search (about 6 new companies) costs about $0.0021; the estimated price is shown first, and only what you approve runs.
- 5. Find and check contacts: For each company it finds a buyer or the owner, with job title and work email, and checks right away that the address accepts mail. At about $0.017 per company, check 10 companies first and approve the rest after.
- 6. Hand off the tracker: Download the buyer tracker (CSV) with company, contact, email check, source and buyer type, and open it in Google Sheets or Excel. Pass only verified addresses to “Send a three-email buyer sequence”, and run “Can you trust this buyer?” before samples or credit terms.
